• How long does it take to receive my suit?

  The turnaround time for your suit to be delivered is 4 weeks. However, we do provide options to expedite your suit.

• What is the perfect fit guarantee and how does SuitScribe gurantee satisfaction?

  Our perfect fit means we aren't happy until you are. Your suit is crafted to your exact silhouette and your specifications. If any changes are necessary it is included in our service free of charge.

• What if I want alterations?

  Any alterations after the suit lands for the first time are covered by us until you're happy. 

• What if I gain or lose weight?

  We will edit your customer profile to account for the weight gain/loss for all future orders.

• What's your refund policy?

  We are committed to working with our clients until they are fully satisfied. However due to the garment being custom crafted, we don't accept any returns.

• When do I pay?

  All payments must be made before we can start crafting your suit.

• How custom can I really make my suit?

  Whatever you have in mind we can most likely create but please show your clothier photos for reference as we can not read your mind.

• What if I don't live in New York?

  We are based in New York but if a client requests a clothier to fly out, we just ask that you cover the associated travel fees.
